ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATES FOR BUILDINGS, PREMISES and THERMOGRAPHIC CAMERA INSPECTIONS OF HOMES, PREMISES
We provide energy performance certificates for buildings, premises (commonly referred to as energy certificates)under the Minister of Infrastructure Delegated Legislation dated 6th November 2008 regarding the methodology of calculating the energy characteristics of a building and living premises or a part of a building considered a seperate utility, and the metod of drafting and the certificate pattern of its energy performance.
What information does the certificate contain? It states the amount per year required of non-renewable primary energy (EP) and secondary energy (EK). These figures are given in kWh/(m2 year). Primary energy takes into account the losses created at the production and transfer stage. It can be larger than the final amount, when heat is carried by e.g. gas, electricity or smaller, if the biomass is the carrier.
We also carry out specialist building and premise inspections, with the help of thermographic cameras, which allows the detection of so called thermal bridges, places threatened with mould, places requiring termomodernisesation.
